How do I know if the product is in stock?
If the ‘add’ button is shown on the page then this product is either in stock or expected shortly. If the ‘sold out’ button is shown then they are temporarily unavailable.
How are the products packed?
The seeds are sent out in glassine envelopes within a white packet envelopes, both of which are completely recyclable.
Are any of your products chemically treated?
We always request from our supplier that our flower seed products are supplied untreated. We have it on good authority that this is the case.
Is there a minimum order value?
No, there is no minimum order value.
Is it easy to buy online from Grandma's Garden?
Yes – simply browse or search to find the product you wish to purchase, adjust the quantity to the numbers of packs you require if you want more than one pack, then click on the ‘add to basket’ button to add this item to the shopping basket. Once you have selected all the items you require proceed to the checkout where you will be asked to provide delivery details before being forwarded to a secure server where your credit card/payment details will be taken. It’s that easy.
Are the payment systems secure?
Yes. Grandma’s Garden uses secure encryption to collect your name, address, order details, etc.. Card payment processing is handled by PayPay on their own secure servers. We do not see or hold card details entered on the PayPay website.
Will you pass my details to any third party?
No. We do not share your personal information with other companies. Please see our ‘Privacy and cookies’ policy for full details (via link below).
Do I need to log-in?
You don’t need to ‘login’ to order from this site.
But if you have bought from us before, or would like to order from us again, then you can use ‘login’ to avoid entering delivery and contact details every time you order.
Delivery & Returns
Do you deliver to countries outside the UK?
Sorry, due to various import and export regulations in different countries we only sell within the UK.
When will the products be delivered?
When an item is in stock we try to despatch the products within two working days of receiving the order. However, we always recommend you order as early as possible. In order to preserve seed quality many of our items are packed to order, which may cause a delay in fulfilling the order, especially during the peak demand months of January, February and March. If you need the delivery urgently, or timed for a particular week, then please let us know at the time of ordering so we can try to ensure this requirement is met.
How much is Postage and Packaging?
All our products are sent by Royal Mail.
Postage and Packaging varies depending on the products purchased. This ranges from seeds at £1.75 to grow kits at £7.95.
