A little about the herbs included in this seed bundle.
Chervil: one of the few hardy annual herbs for all-year-round use. The leaves can be chopped and used in salads, stews, and dressings, or used as a garnish (approx 150 seeds)
Lemon Grass: Invaluable for oriental cooking and brilliant for making gingery lemon cordial, tea or syrup. (approx 40 seeds)
Mint: This herb has a multitude of culinary uses but homemade mint sauce is hard to beat! Also useful in sauces and jellies. (approx 150 seeds)
